Langholm Development

Set in the picturesque town of Langholm, this project is the sympathetic restoration and conversion of a former police station in to four new flats under listed building consent.

As well as the internal conversion, the external facades were sympathetically cleaned back to reveal the ornate stone work – lifting the whole appearance of the building.

The Eskdale Foundation focuses on providing much needed rentable housing in the area. Of course, we can’t wait to share in the success of this project and benefit to the local community.
