Set on a busy corner of the Kingstown Industrial Estate in Carlisle, the project aim was for the construction of a new car sales building; comprising sales floor, sales offices, external sales pitch and customer parking.
The works consisted of the alterations to a former Partco building which had been left vacant for some time. From site preparation, excavation, minor demolitions and strip out to reinforced concrete, structural steelwork, profiled steel wall. The final finish included roof cladding, roller doors, partitioning, plastering, tiling, fire protection, suspended ceilings, showroom glazing, electrical, mechanical, alarm systems and water drainage together with associated finishes.
