The expansion project at Silver Howe Residential Care Home aimed to enhance the existing care centre by adding eight brand-new bedrooms and a stunning sunroom. These additions were designed to elevate the quality of care provided and create a more comfortable and welcoming environment for residents.
The scope of our construction works included several key components including boiler works, sunroom construction, south extension adjacent to day room, interior and external works.
Additionally, minor demolitions and fixes were undertaken throughout the care home to optimize space and functionality.
