Trimontium Museum Extension

The Trimontium Museum, located in Market Square Melrose has recently undergone refurbishment which was completed in 2021. As part of the overall project, phase two has seen a new extension (HALO) added to the rear of the Grade 2 Listed building. A double height space with mezzanine floor, provides some much-needed office space and a spacious learning centre compete with amenities.

The steel frame extension complements the existing museum, with zinc external cladding. It comprises of partitions, doors, a tea prep area and multiple glazed screens and rooflights.
