Experience in the education sector covers both new build and refurbishment projects. The Company has worked extensively for schools and colleges in its home city of Carlisle, providing rapid renovations to Trinity School following major flood damage in the winter of 2015.
Cubby has also carried out extensive improvements works to the adjacent Carlisle College, including construction of a new main entrance of lift shaft, providing improved disabled access.
Further afield, the Company has delivered numerous projects for existing schools, recently including a premium quality extension to Dumfries’ Victorian Brownhall Primary School.
Cubby Construction has most recently been contracted within the Eduction sector to build a £1.8m sports hall. From demolition to completion, the project commenced mid 2017 with the design of the new facility.
The Company continues to undertake various building projects within the Education sector.
