Cubby Construction has implemented a brand-new employee incentive scheme, the ‘Positive Pyramid’, to encourage and highlight positive practices within the team. The top three performing teams within the business choose a charity to donate a sum of money to each month. The 1st team donate £500, the 2nd team donate £300 and the 3rd team donate £200.
Jamie Thompson Cubby Construction said;
“We’re thrilled to support some deserving local and national charities, chosen by our team as they mean something to them. The positive pyramid is an excellent initiative that engages the work force with a focus to ensure compliance with all legal and company standards, in our continual drive to become industry leader whilst ensuring all employees remain safe and healthy at work”.
Starting in April 2023, this May will see the following charities benefiting from the scheme;
- MS Society Dumfries & District Group, who are dedicated to supporting everyone affected by multiple sclerosis in Scotland, received £500.
